What is the pre-joining amount?
The promotional pre-joining amount is ₹79 per vehicle for Bike, Auto or Car.
Is there percentage commission?
No percentage commission applies to completed rides valued up to ₹10,000. A transparent fixed fee applies by ride-value slab.
What happens on a cancelled ride?
No platform fee applies to an eligible cancelled ride. Any applicable fee hold is released or refunded under the final cancellation terms.
